Process we follow

Here's how we work

1. Requirement Gathering

The first and very important part of our web / mobile app development process is the requirement gathering. We wanted to know and to imagine how your web / mobile app would function. So in order to do that, we need to know the main flow of the system and then the minor part comes later after the main flow is completely listed. It would be easier if you sketch or draw the flow of your system first before come to us. We also might want to know what domain you are using and if you don't have one, then we might want to know what domain did you want.

2. UI / UX Design

We create eye catchy design with the help of latest tools for designing. As we are concerned about the user interface design, we make all the website looks very organized and beautiful by using the latest design trends. As we believe that a very beautiful and organized user interface will attract more people to visit or to see your website or mobile applications.

3. Prototype

After designing the user interface, we will make a prototype of your web or app which you can see it by using our stagging domain. At this stage, you can change anything in the website or mobile applications according to your needs. After the prototype has been complete, we will overview everything and make sure that it follows the requirement that we gathered during the first stage. (Depends on the requirement, we might also build a working prototype that will include the using of database).

4. Web / App Development

We follow global best practice for web development and coding. We also added all the basic Search Engine Optimazation (SEO) that will help users find your website through search engines easily. The development process might take longer time than making the prototype as we will include the using of database and all the plugins necessary for your website or mobile applications. (This stage will be skipped if the working prototype is used during the third stage).

5. Quality Assurance

We do not compromise in quality so we make sure you get 100% bug free in your web / app. Although we make sure you don't get any bug, we also a human so if you found any bug in your system, do report it to us so we can fix it as soon as possible because we also don't like bugs. We want to make sure you get what you want or maybe better as we also want to see our customers are happy with us.

6. Deployment

Your website or mobile app is ready to appear on the google or app store on this stage of development. We will upload your website into the domain stated during the first stage of this SOP and if it is a mobile applications, we will upload it to the play store (for Android) and app store (for iOS). As soon as we upload it, we will inform you in order for you to be the first person to try it in case you found any overlooked error or bugs and you need to report it to us as soon as possible in order for us to fix it on the spot. After this stage, there is no more fixing or changing of the flow and user interface unless you want us to maintain your website or mobile apps.

7. Support and Maintenance

We give support & answer every query after deployment. After the deployment stage, there is support and maintenance that can be applied by our customers in order to let us maintain their website or mobile applications in case they want to change the flow or user interface in the future. But there is a limit for the changing depends on what kind of maintenance you choose.
